Our ambition with our initial ESG Initiatives is to create a strong baseline for data collection to generate trustworthiness and transparency in future insights and reporting on our environmental, social, and governance performance. We see a strong foundation as crucial to collecting trustworthy insights on how we can perform better as an organization. On par with trustworthiness, transparency is of high importance to us internally as well as externally to contribute to the social understanding and awareness of the importance of ESG.
