Performance and development 2022:
In relation to the reporting of performance and development in 2022, there are currently no measurable targets. Here, the goals for 2023 will aid FOM in setting the baseline for KPIs to be reported in this area.
INITIATIVES AND PLANS
Initiatives and plans for 2023:
In 2023, we plan to update our employee handbook to include a section on competition law and clear guidelines regarding giving and receiving gifts and entertainment.
We plan to draft a Supplier Code of Conduct as well as draft updates to our Sales Terms including expectations and requirements related to anti-corruption and anti-bribery. This is to ensure that our direct suppliers also set requirements for their suppliers and that our guidelines are clearly communicated to those who choose to conduct business with us.
To conclude, we will in 2023:
Update our employee handbook with guidelines on competition law and gift policy
Draft a Supplier Code of Conduct
Draft updates for our Sales Terms in relation to having signed agreements for anti-bribery and anti-corruption
